Poland - Krakow

St Bartholomew Church was built in the early 1300s and although parts of it have been rebuilt and renovated a lot has been retained. The Baroque altar and a tombstone chapel date back to the early 1600s. As we follow the Monk's Path we pass large carvings. This one commemorates Jan 111 Sobieski, who was a King of Poland 1629 - 1696.
